Make phone numbers easier for HubSpot to format.
Use an international country code where possible. ReadyRows detects common formatting noise and warns when the country code is missing.
Recommended shape
HubSpot documents phone import values in the form +[country code][number]. Extensions can be appended using an ext marker. ReadyRows removes safe punctuation around international numbers but does not invent a missing country.
Why ReadyRows warns instead of blocking
A local-looking phone number may still be meaningful in your account, so missing international context is a review warning rather than automatic deletion. The clean export preserves the record.
