Which platforms does ReadyRows support?
ReadyRows currently has dedicated fixers for Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce and Mailchimp. Each fixer uses separate platform-specific rules rather than applying one generic CSV validator to every destination.
Can I scan a file before paying?
Yes. Scanning, diagnostics, the issue report and mapping guide stay free. An export credit is only needed to unlock repaired data exports after you have already seen what ReadyRows found.
Does ReadyRows upload my customer list?
No. CSV and XLSX parsing, validation and repaired-file generation happen in your browser. ReadyRows does not send the contact-file contents to Stripe or to a ReadyRows file-processing backend.
Which file types are supported?
Support varies slightly by destination, but the current fixers accept CSV and common text-delimited files, and the main CRM/marketing fixers also support XLSX where appropriate. The fixer page shows the accepted formats for that platform.
What does ReadyRows change automatically?
Only changes that can be made conservatively, such as safe whitespace cleanup, recognized delimiters, certain header normalizations and unambiguous value formatting. Consent, account-specific field rules, destructive deduplication and other ambiguous decisions are surfaced for review instead of guessed.
Does ReadyRows import the data into Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce or Mailchimp?
No. ReadyRows prepares and repairs the import file. You still upload the resulting file through the destination platform, so ReadyRows never needs your CRM or marketing-platform login.
Are all warnings guaranteed to be rejected by the destination platform?
No. Some checks are blockers and others are conservative warnings. Platform configuration can differ by account, especially for custom fields, picklists, validation rules and required properties. ReadyRows explains these limits instead of pretending to know account-specific settings.
What does one export credit unlock?
One credit unlocks the paid data exports for one completed analysis: the import-ready file, repaired full file and rejected-row file. The issue report and mapping guide remain free.
Do export credits expire?
Purchased ReadyRows export credits do not expire. The checkout screen shows the price and applicable purchase terms before payment.
Can credits be used with any fixer?
Yes. Export credits are ReadyRows credits, not Klaviyo-only or HubSpot-only credits. A credit can unlock one completed analysis on any supported fixer.
Is ReadyRows affiliated with the supported platforms?
No. ReadyRows is an independent utility and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or their owners.
What is ReadyRows Pro?
ReadyRows Pro is a monthly €29.90 subscription for unlimited manual export unlocks across all supported fixers while signed in. Purchased credits remain on the account and are not consumed while Pro is active.
