Privacy notes

Beta version: this notice describes the current ReadyRows public beta and will be reviewed before payments, accounts or server-side file storage are enabled.

Contact files

CSV, TXT and XLSX files selected in the current beta are parsed and processed in the user's browser. ReadyRows does not currently upload the contents of those files to a ReadyRows file-processing server.

Credentials

ReadyRows does not ask for login credentials or API keys for Klaviyo, HubSpot or other destination platforms in the current beta.

Local processing

Diagnostic reports, repaired CSV files, rejected-row files and mapping guides are generated locally in the browser.

Website infrastructure and analytics

ReadyRows is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website usage and performance measurement. The contact-file contents processed by the fixers are not sent through the ReadyRows analytics workflow.

Payments

The current beta does not include a payment processor. If payments, user accounts or additional third-party services are enabled, this notice will be updated before deployment.

Data responsibility

Users are responsible for having a lawful basis to process and import the personal data contained in their files and for making correct consent decisions. ReadyRows does not determine whether a contact has lawfully consented to marketing.

ReadyRows does not currently operate a dedicated support inbox in the free beta. A contact method will be published before paid services or user accounts are enabled.
