Privacy notes

This notice describes how ReadyRows handles contact files, account and credit identities, subscription entitlement, website analytics and payments.

Contact files

CSV, TXT and XLSX files selected in ReadyRows are parsed and processed in the user's browser. ReadyRows does not currently upload the contents of those files to a ReadyRows file-processing server.

ReadyRows accounts

Optional ReadyRows accounts store an email address, a password-derived hash, session records, account-recovery hash, export-credit balance and payment entitlement metadata in Cloudflare infrastructure. ReadyRows does not store account passwords in plaintext. Contact-file contents are not attached to accounts and are not uploaded by the fixer workflow.

Credentials

ReadyRows does not ask for login credentials or API keys for Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or other destination platforms.

Local processing

Diagnostic reports, repaired CSV files, rejected-row files and mapping guides are generated locally in the browser.

Website infrastructure and analytics

ReadyRows is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website usage and performance measurement. The contact-file contents processed by the fixers are not sent through the ReadyRows analytics workflow.

Payments and subscriptions

Checkout for export credits and ReadyRows Pro is handled by Stripe Managed Payments. ReadyRows sends Stripe the selected product and a ReadyRows billing/account identifier used to fulfill credits or subscription entitlement. For subscriptions, ReadyRows stores Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and status metadata with the ReadyRows account. ReadyRows does not send the contents of your CSV/XLSX, contact rows, file name or repaired output to Stripe.

Data responsibility

Users are responsible for having a lawful basis to process and import the personal data contained in their files and for making correct consent decisions. ReadyRows does not determine whether a contact has lawfully consented to marketing.

Payment records, subscription status and recovery

Stripe provides checkout, recurring billing and transaction records. ReadyRows stores an anonymous credit balance or signed-in account credit balance in Cloudflare infrastructure, plus subscription status for Pro accounts. A recovery code can restore the same anonymous ReadyRows credit identity in another browser; account recovery keys can reset a ReadyRows account password. Treat either recovery credential as private.
