These terms apply to ReadyRows file-analysis tools, export credits and ReadyRows Pro subscriptions.

Purpose

ReadyRows is an independent file-preparation utility designed to help identify and repair common formatting issues before importing data into third-party CRM, marketing and data platforms.

No affiliation

ReadyRows is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or their respective owners. Third-party product names are used only to describe the destination-specific import tools.

No guarantee of import success

ReadyRows applies automated checks and conservative formatting repairs, but it cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept every output file or that every mapping recommendation is correct for a user's account and data model.

Consent and legal compliance

ReadyRows does not grant, infer or verify a lawful basis for marketing. Users remain responsible for consent, privacy, data-protection, messaging and other legal obligations relating to their data.

Backups

Users should keep the original source file and review ReadyRows output before importing it into a production system.

Availability

ReadyRows may change, suspend or withdraw features. Users should keep original files and exported copies because ReadyRows is not a file-storage service.

Accounts

Users may create an optional ReadyRows account to use a shared export-credit balance across browsers and devices. Users are responsible for protecting their password, active sessions and account recovery key. Guest credits can be moved into a signed-in account; that migration is intended to be one-way.

Payments, credits and ReadyRows Pro

Scanning, diagnostics, review/edit tools, the issue report and mapping guide are free. Paid data exports use ReadyRows export credits unless the signed-in account has an active ReadyRows Pro subscription. One credit unlocks the paid data exports for one completed analysis. Credits work across supported fixers and do not expire.

ReadyRows Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that provides unlimited manual export unlocks across supported fixers while the subscription is active. It is intended for normal use by one account; API access, automated scraping, resale, credential sharing and unattended bulk automation are not included unless ReadyRows offers a separate plan for them. Cancellation scheduled for period end leaves Pro active until the end of the paid billing period. Purchased credits remain on the account and are not consumed while Pro is active.

Checkout is processed through Stripe Managed Payments. The checkout screen shows the amount, recurring nature where applicable and transaction terms before payment. Subscription status and billing identifiers are stored with the ReadyRows account so export entitlement can be enforced.
