Free beta. These terms apply to the current public beta and will be reviewed before payments or user accounts are enabled.

Purpose

ReadyRows is an independent file-preparation utility designed to help identify and repair common formatting issues before importing data into third-party CRM, marketing and data platforms.

No affiliation

ReadyRows is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or their respective owners. Third-party product names are used only to describe the destination-specific import tools.

No guarantee of import success

ReadyRows applies automated checks and conservative formatting repairs, but it cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept every output file or that every mapping recommendation is correct for a user's account and data model.

Consent and legal compliance

ReadyRows does not grant, infer or verify a lawful basis for marketing. Users remain responsible for consent, privacy, data-protection, messaging and other legal obligations relating to their data.

Backups

Users should keep the original source file and review ReadyRows output before importing it into a production system.

Beta availability

The beta may change, be suspended or be withdrawn. Paid terms, refund rules and business identification details will be added before payments are enabled.
