Fix rows with a missing Klaviyo profile identifier
A contact row cannot identify a profile if both of its practical profile identifiers are empty. These rows are easy to miss in a large export.
What causes skipped rows
Klaviyo documents skipped records caused by missing unique identifiers. In typical profile-list imports, an email address or phone number is used to identify the profile.
What ReadyRows checks
ReadyRows looks for normalized Email and Phone Number columns. If a row has neither value, it marks that row as blocking and places it in the rejected-row export instead of silently inventing an identifier.
Duplicates are different
Duplicate emails or phone numbers are warnings rather than automatic deletions. ReadyRows keeps both rows so you can decide whether the records should be merged, updated or intentionally repeated.

Check the file before you re-import it
ReadyRows scans the file locally in your browser, highlights platform-specific import risks and separates rows that need attention from rows that are ready to export.
