ReadyRows validates common Mailchimp email-contact import problems locally and exports a cleaner CSV.
Email Address is the key field
Email-contact imports need an Email Address value for each contact. ReadyRows cleans safe whitespace and domain casing, blocks missing or malformed values, warns about duplicate rows and flags common provider-domain typos without silently changing an address.
One marketing status per import
Mailchimp asks you to choose the email marketing status for the contacts being imported. If a source file contains several statuses, ReadyRows warns that the file needs separate import decisions rather than treating the status column as an ordinary audience field.
Format-sensitive audience fields
Birthday, Date, Website and Number fields have their own formatting expectations. ReadyRows reviews likely columns and produces a mapping guide, while leaving account-specific required fields, groups and custom audience configuration for review.
